I came across Karamel Family Events on Instagram and reached out to Daria directly with an inquiry for my daughter’s first birthday. From the very beginning, she was incredibly quick, helpful, and responsive, which made the decision-making process so much easier! She offers so many fun entertainment packages, and after giving it some thought, I decided to go with her Bubble Package — and I’m so glad I did! The bubble show was truly one of the highlights of my daughter’s birthday party. So many of our guests, from the kids to the adults, told us how much fun they had and how impressed they were. We hired Karamel for a bubble show for my daughter’s first birthday and it was absolutely wonderful! The kids (and adults?) had the best time! The face painting was beautiful and all the kids loved their designs. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

Wonderful Birthday Entertainment! ??? We had such a wonderful experience with the bubble show, balloon twisting, and face painting at my daughter's 5th birthday party! Everything was absolutely amazing. The bubble show was so fun and engaging—the kids were completely fascinated and had such a great time. I’m writing this with a heavy heart. We booked a bubble show for my son’s birthday party scheduled at 1:00 PM, but unfortunately the entertainer did not arrive at that time. After multiple calls and messages, I received a response about 40 minutes later, stating that the booking was showing as 3:00 PM in their system. By the time the entertainer arrived (around 2:15 PM), it was too late to proceed, as we had to vacate the venue at 2:30 PM and another party was scheduled after us. My son and the other kids were extremely disappointed, and as a parent, that was heartbreaking. To be fair, the company did refund my deposit and offered a future complimentary service, which I appreciate. However, given the importance of reliability for children’s events, this experience left me feeling frustrated and unsure about booking again. I’m sharing this not to degrade the service, but to be honest about our experience and the emotional impact it had on a very important day.

We had Karamel Family for my daughter’s birthday, and they did an amazing job! The kids were completely mesmerized by the bubble show, it was magical and so fun to watch. On top of that, they offered beautiful face painting and creative balloon animals that kept the little ones entertained the whole time. Everything was done with such care, professionalism, and patience. Highly recommend for any children’s party!

I reached out to Karamel via Instagram for an event that was to happen May 10th. After so much back and forth, we agreed on an amount and a $50 was made 20th of March. I was able to get a better deal from elsewhere and I told them I would unfortunately be canceling our arrangement on the 26th of March. I reached out again on the 28th of March for my refund and I was told I won't get it because I already booked the date and sent my deposit as a confirmation. Please note that, I was not made aware of their non refundable deposit policy! Even when I asked for a contract, she said there was none! Businesses with such policies ALWAYS makes it known before a transaction so that both parties are in agreement! This is not the best way to run a business! If you have a policy, make it known and not assume people already know! I am still waiting for my refund! When dealing with this business, please be certain that you will be using them or they'll take your money!

If you want to really please your children! Make an unforgettable holiday for them, then Karamel is what you were looking for. My daughter is delighted with the show program and the animators and of course the quality of the costumes is just wow. My recommendation. Caramel and only Karamel will make your holiday truly fabulous.
