Most families book two to four weeks ahead, but weekends in birthday season fill faster than that. If you already have a date, send it through as early as you can and we will hold it while you finalise the details.

Last-minute requests are always worth asking about — we keep a small amount of availability free for them.

We cover the metro area as standard, with no travel fee inside a 25 km radius of the studio. Anything beyond that is quoted at the time of booking so there are no surprises later.

Yes, and it is one of our most popular options. A character host paired with face painting or balloon twisting keeps a bigger group busy without anyone waiting around.

Tell us the age range and the number of children and we will suggest a combination that fits the running time.

Standard visits run for one hour, which covers a grand entrance, games, a story or dance, and photos with every child. Ninety minute and two hour packages add extra activities such as a bubble or science segment.

A clear space for the activities, a power point within reach if your package includes a show, and somewhere shaded for outdoor parties. Our entertainer arrives ten to fifteen minutes early to set up.

If parking is tricky at your venue, let us know beforehand — it saves time at the door.

We do, as long as there is shade and level ground. Bubble and science shows need to be out of direct wind, and face paint sets in the heat, so a covered patio or marquee works best.

If the weather turns, we are happy to move indoors at short notice.

A deposit confirms the date and the balance is due on the day, either by card or bank transfer. You will receive an invoice and a reminder a few days before the party.

Rescheduling is free with more than seven days notice and your deposit moves to the new date. Inside seven days we will always try to fill the slot first, and the deposit carries over if we can.

Every entertainer holds a current working with children check and we carry full public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.

We only use professional, hypoallergenic, water-based paints that are made for use on skin and wash off with warm water and mild soap. If a child has a known allergy, tell the artist and they will patch test first or offer a temporary tattoo instead.
