Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a show or using the Karamel website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms represent a legally binding agreement between you and Karamel Family Event Canada.

2. Service Description

Karamel provides professional children’s entertainment, including but not limited to Bubble Shows, Science Shows, and character appearances. All performances are subject to availability and specific venue requirements.

3. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Final payment must be made no later than 48 hours before the event start time. We accept major credit cards and e-transfers.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund of the final balance. Please refer to our dedicated Cancellation Policy page for full details on timelines and weather-related issues.

5. Liability

While we prioritize safety, Karamel is not responsible for injuries occurring due to venue conditions or lack of adult supervision. Clients are responsible for ensuring the performance area is clear of hazards.

6. Intellectual Property

All show choreography, proprietary bubble formulas, and branded character designs are the sole property of Karamel. Unauthorized recording for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
